Shipping Policy
We deliver across Egypt in 2–7 business days, and shipping is free on orders of EGP 1,000 or more.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all governorates in Egypt. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Our team may call or message you to confirm your order, address and product suitability before it ships.
- Orders placed on Fridays or official holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sales, holidays, or events outside our control.
Shipping fees
- Free shipping on all orders of EGP 1,000 or more.
- For orders under EGP 1,000, the shipping fee depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment on delivery
Cash on delivery is available. Please have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you receive a confirmation with tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also contact us with your order number for an update.
Delivery attempts
- The courier will contact you before delivery. Please keep your phone available.
- If delivery fails after 2 attempts because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the order may be returned to us and cancelled.
- Prepaid orders that are returned this way are refunded minus the shipping fee.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your order on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, leaking, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
